The Oyster Cook-Off is a celebration of fresh, delicious Gulf oysters. Chefs, restaurants and the public compete for a chance to win up to $10,000 in cash and prizes. Categories include Rockafeller, Cajun and create your own raw oyster dish. Oyster dishes will be judged by a panel of celebrity judges on a point system based on presentation, flavor and creativity. The event is free to the public and tasting tickets will be sold at the event.
